Established in Indiana, IndyGigz has been planning designing weddings since 2010. A boutique style company that exists to nurture your love, your laughter and your happily ever after. From breathtaking venues to carefully curated decor, our team specializes in crafting events with show-stopping details that leave a lasting impression. Meticulous in our approach, we understand the importance of perfection on your special day. For this reason, we collaborate with only 14-16 couples annually. We prioritize getting to know YOU, your “I do’s” and “I don’ts” to compose your own piece of perfection.

We handle all the little details so you can enjoy the experience of planning your wedding instead of getting stressed out.

A: Your wedding is one of the most important days in your life! We feel it is very important that you trust and feel comfortable with the person who is planning your wedding. It is essential to know your potential planner before you start working with them. Here at IndyGigz, our initial consultation is complimentary so you can get a “feel” for the “fit”! In the months leading up to your wedding we will be spending a lot of time together and there will be loads of communication between you and your wedding planner! Do your homework! You want to be working with someone who you “mesh” with!

A: We can be involved as much as you need us to. If you need help with ideas from the "big picture" to the "little details", we can help! Most importantly, please remember, you are still the one that makes all the actual decisions!

A: We don’t believe in “one size fits all”! Following our initial meeting, we will review all our notes and create a custom package and quote for you with a flat rate based on the size and scope of your wedding.
